Client:
A large scale Main Contractor who specialise in public sector works including, schools, social housing, and other local authority projects.
Project:
The works will include RAAC removal also, consisting of structural works & roof replacement. Standalone manager with a visiting contracts manager.
The Manager be / have:
• Enhanced DBS!
• SMSTS - CSCS - FIRST AID.
• Team player but able to work on own initiative where required,
• Good eye for detail.
• Health and Safety focused.
