Location: PE19 Salary: Up to £50,000 per year + Car Allowance

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in decarbonisation, retrofit, or energy efficiency projects? We are seeking a motivated professional to join a growing team, delivering high-quality decarbonisation works to improve housing stock and meet sustainability targets.

\nKey Responsibilities\n

\n \n Oversee day-to-day site operations on decarbonisation/retrofit projects ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

\n

\n

\n Manage subcontractors, site staff, and ensure health & safety compliance at all times.

\n

\n

\n Carry out site inspections and quality checks, ensuring work aligns with PAS2030/35 standards.

\n

\n

\n Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

\n

\n

\n Monitor progress against programme, report on KPIs, and escalate any risks or issues.

\n

\n

\n Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability objectives.

\n

\n

\nRequirements\n

\n \n Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, ideally with exposure to retrofit, decarbonisation, or social housing energy efficiency projects.

\n

\n

\n Strong knowledge of PAS2030/35 and retrofit works (EWI, insulation, energy efficiency measures).

\n

\n

\n SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications.

\n

\n

\n Excellent communication and leadership skills.

\n

\n

\n Full UK Driving Licence (car allowance included).
