Site Manager – Leeds City Centre (ASAP Start)\n\nApproach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to start ASAP on a live music venue fit-out project based in Leeds City Centre.\n\nThis is a great opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced, high-profile refurbishment within a live environment.\n\nKey Details:\n\n * Location: Leeds City Centre\n\n * Duration: 5–6 months\n\n * Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm\n\n * Project: Fit-out of a live music venue\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Day-to-day management of site operations\n\n * Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades\n\n * Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard\n\n * Maintaining health & safety compliance across site\n\nIf you are an experienced Site Manager with a background in fit-out projects, ideally within live environments, and are available for an immediate start, we would like to hear from you.\n\n * Reporting progress to senior management\n\n * Hands-on involvement on site where required\n\nRequirements:\n\n * SMSTS\n\n * CSCS Card\n\n * First Aid at Work\n\n * IPAF (desirable)\n\n * PASMA (required)\n\n * Strong background in fit-out projects\n\n * Joinery/Carpentry background essential\n\n * Experience working in live environments ()\n\n * Ability to be both hands-on and supervisory\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * A proactive and reliable Site Manager who can hit the ground running\n\n * Strong leadership and communication skills\n\n * Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, live environment
