Site ManagerAn award-winning developer with an excellent reputation within the Construction industry is seeking experienced Site Managers for new projects in East London.The company is a family-built business with a reputation for delivering new build affordable homes and has several projects ready to commence in the area, including an £80m scheme.The ideal candidate will have experience in house building, a strong track record of delivering new build residential projects from inception through to completion, and experience with RC frame, Timber frame, and Traditional Construction methods.Responsibilities and RequirementsStrong track record delivering new build residential schemesExperience of delivering RC frame / Timber frame and Traditional build projects from inception through to completionExperience working for a reputable housebuilderExcellent all-round construction knowledgeStrong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teamsFirst Aid, SMSTS, and CSCS certificationsThe salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000, and the company is ready to start interviewing now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
