Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Installation Supervisor to oversee on-site installation projects. The Site Installation Supervisor will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to resolve issues effectively while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
The position is site-based; the successful candidate will be expected to work away from home Monday–Friday.
Job Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities
• Supervise and coordinate site installation teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Hands on during the installations while running the team.
• Interpret and implement installation plans, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct daily site briefings, toolbox talks, and enforce RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements).
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee the safe operation of tools, machinery, and equipment on-site.
• Manage site logistics, including delivery and storage of materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, progress reports, and incident records.
• Identify and address potential risks or delays, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment always.
Education & Experience:
• CSCS card (required)
• SSSTS Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme
• Previous experience in site supervision within construction or installation projects.
• Previous experience in site installation, construction, or related field.
• Strong understanding of installation processes and industry-specific equipment.
• UK Driving Licence (required).
• Additional certifications such as FLT, IPAF, Telehandler, PASMA are advantageous.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and RAMS.
• Good communicator

Working Hours: 39 hours per week.
Monday to Thursday between 7.30am to 4.30pm. Friday 7.30am to 12.30pm
