Job Title: Site Installation Supervisor Location: Coventry, UK Salary: up to £44,000 per year + OT Hours: 37.5 hours per week Travel: Approximately 75% on-site, 25% off-site
We're working on behalf of a global engineering business recognised as a world leader in the design, manufacture, and installation of advanced process plants. Due to continued project demand, they are now looking to recruit a Site Installation Supervisor to oversee installations across a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a mix of hands-on installation, team supervision, and project coordination – ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background.
The Role
As Site Installation Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of site-based works on a project-by-project basis. You’ll coordinate labour, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure installations are completed safely, on time, and to spec.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising site installations in the UK and abroad Coordinating with Contracts Engineers to plan and deliver project phases Managing site teams and monitoring subcontractor performance Maintaining site records, timesheets, and daily diaries Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental procedures Supporting quality assurance and snagging processes Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholdersWhat We&rs...
