We are currently working with a leading private healthcare provider in Surrey who are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their on-site maintenance team.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong background in building maintenance and multi-trade work to operate within a high-quality healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the hospital site Diagnose and resolve defects efficiently and to a high standard Conduct inspections of reported issues and implement effective solutions Ensure all work complies with health & safety and site regulations Complete all required documentation (e.g. timesheets, maintenance logs) Identify and report recurring or major issues to the Facilities Manager Requirements: Proven experience in a similar Site Engineer or Multi Trade role Strong all-round knowledge of building maintenance and construction Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload Good communication skills and a professional, reliable approach Experience xehkeey within healthcare or similar environments (desirable but not essential) If you are a skilled and dependable Site Engineer looking for a long-term opportunity within a respected private hospital, we would be keen to hear from you.
