You'll be:

The Problem Solver – Tackling electrical and mechanical breakdowns on sophisticated automated machinery

⚙️ The Preventative Expert – Executing planned maintenance on wrappers, conveyors, stackers, and robotic systems

The Tech Whisperer – Working hands-on with Siemens S7 and safety PLCs

The Quality Guardian – Ensuring every intervention meets exacting standards

The Innovator – Contributing to continuous improvement projects that push boundaries

The Professional – Accurately documenting all work with precision and attention to detail

⚡ The Decision Maker – Prioritizing system faults to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

What You Bring to the Table


Essential:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (minimum)
  • Head for heights – You'll be working at elevation regularly
  • Communication excellence – This is customer-facing, so you'll engage confidently at all levels
  • Safety-first mindset – H&S compliance is non-negotiable
  • Meticulous documentation skills – Every detail matters

Desirable:

  • PLC systems knowledge – a major advantage
