Your role would be the engineering and package management of the groundworks, steel frame superstructure, cladding, internal partitions and hard/soft landscaping throughout the build. The role: Marking out reference points and lines for construction works using site plans and instruments Ensuring all works comply with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitoring workmanship and materials; maintaining quality control records, checklists, and inspection test plans. Assisting in enforcing health and safety standards on-site, reporting risks, and ensuring method statements are followed. Liaising with subcontractors to ensure works are carried out to the required specifications and timelines. Identifying on-site technical issues and providing prompt solutions or escalating as required.
