Rate: £350/day - Umbrella, Inside IR35 Location: Solihull Duration: 6 months, potential for extension

Our client is a leading civil engineering contractor delivering works on HS2, and they are currently seeking a Site Engineer with strong earthworks and drainage experience to join their team.

As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting construction operations on site, managing junior engineers, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.

Key responsibilities include: ·Setting out and overseeing works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications ·Managing and coordinating subcontractors ·Resolving technical issues in liaison with the senior engineering team ·Mentor junior engineers on site ·Request permits to dig · Requirements: ·HNC or degree in Civil Engineering. ·Proven Site Engineering experience on earthworks, drainage or structure packages. ·Strong setting out experience on ideally a major project. ·SMSTS, CSCS ·CAT & Genny training ·UK driving licence
