About the Role:

We are looking for motivated Site Engineers who want to take ownership of construction projects from start to finish. You’ll be at the heart of delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient work on site, using the latest digital design tools and systems.

This role offers the chance to develop your leadership skills, mentor junior engineers, and be part of a collaborative team where your ideas and problem-solving abilities are valued. You’ll gain hands-on experience across surveying, setting out, inspections, and approvals – making every day challenging and rewarding.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Carry out surveying, setting out, inspections, and approvals.
  • Prepare temporary works design briefs and red-line drawings.
  • Plan your works and produce 3-month lookahead schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed site records, keeping the team informed.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify solutions and improve processes.


What We’re Looking For:

  • HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or Level 4 Technician.
  • CAD, BIM, surveying, robotic total stations, GPS.
  • CSCS card, SSSTS, First Aid certification.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality work and developing your career.
