Site Assurance Manager\n\nPermanent\n\nReading - Hybrid working\n\nAs a Site Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that build and upgrade activities across the estate are delivered to the highest standards. You'll oversee the acceptance of completed sites, verify that installations align with approved designs, and ensure each site is ready for operational handover and revenue assurance.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nEnsure completed site builds and upgrades meet approved designs and design guidelines.\nDrive supplier performance to achieve right‑first‑time delivery within agreed SLAs.\nReview Vyn audits and conduct quality assurance checks to validate workmanship.\nUse your telecoms build and auditing expertise to identify service improvements.\nAnalyse performance trends to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational readiness.\nChampion best‑practice operations and support digital transformation initiatives.\nCollaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth site handovers.What we are looking for:\n\nExperience in mobile infrastructure site design, build, and electrical systems.\nAt least 5 years' telecoms field experience.\nStrong telecom site auditing capability.\nAdvanced IT skills, especially Microsoft applications.Desired:\n\nFamiliarity with industry design guidance and processes.\nKnowledge of towers, cabinets, and active equipment. \n\nTo apply for the Site Assurance Manager, please send your CV to (url removed)\n\nProject People is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
