We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee works at a substation project in Swaffham. The role requires strong leadership and proven experience delivering projects involving reinforced concrete (RC) and groundworks.

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. ·Manage subcontractors, site teams, and supply chain effectively. ·Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards. ·Report progress to senior management and maintain accurate site records. ·Oversee RC structures and groundworks activities.

Requirements:

·Previous experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering or substation projects. ·Strong background in RC works and groundworks. ·Proven management and leadership skills, with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams. ·SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred.
