The Role

As Site Agent, you will take ownership of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll manage daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This role is pivotal in driving project success and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee site operations, including labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials. Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and promote a strong safety culture. Monitor progress against programme and implement corrective actions where needed. Maintain quality standards and resolve technical issues on-site.
