Site AdministratorLocation: Hallen site Salary: Up to £29000 + excellent benefits Contract Type: PermanentHours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm About the RoleOutsource UK are recruiting on behalf of a well-established fuel storage and distribution company for a Administrator to join their Operations team based at Hallen. This is a varied and vital administrative role supporting the smooth running of site operations at Hallen and, when required, other sites in the South region. You'll play a key part in ensuring equipment, documentation, and compliance records are up to date, supporting both operational and safety excellence.Key Responsibilities Ensure equipment and consumable are available as required · Carry out monthly purchase card administration · Provide support for Fuel Stock Accounting as requested from ‘hub locations'. Update records on safety, environmental and quality incidents · Support Site Manager · Provide safety inductions for contractors and drivers and update records Assist in financial planning, internal and external audits General administration duties Organising and keep records for equipment calibration (e.g. Fuel Quality) Organise monthly interceptor sampling and update records Essential Skills & Experience Experience working in an operational or site-based environment Experience providing administrative support within a team environment Experience with SAP: Concur/Ariba would be preferred but not essential Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience managing office consumables and basic accounting tasks If you are an experienced administrator looking for change then apply now!
