The Office Administrator will provide efficient and reliable administrative support to the quarry management and operational team. The role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, accurate record keeping, and effective coordination of orders, staff records, and general site administration.The role also offers the opportunity to be trained on the site weighbridge system to provide holiday and absence cover when required.This role is for 32 hours and 4 days a week. Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday from 8AM till 4PMWho you areExcellent IT skills and proficient in the use of Google suite & Microsoft Office suiteFlexible and adaptable attitude with ability to prioritise a range of different tasks.Previous experience in an administrative or office-based roleStrong organisational and time-management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy is essentialConfident using Google sheetsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication and team working skillsWe are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
