The Role
The SIPP Operations Administrator will provide administrative support to the Investment SIPP team, on-boarding, maintaining, and monitoring all SIPP administration of SIPP operations ensuring quality service.
TheSIPP Operations Administrator willprocess and check all SIPP client on boarding. Checking all documentation before final submission to ensure it complies withguidelines.
The SIPP Operations Administrator willset up and maintain client, portfolio and account data inthe Investment Managementand Pershing systems in an accurate and timely manner.
The SIPP Operations Administrator willcompleteAML checks for new and existing clients including KYC and bank account validation checks. Process contribution payments into the client SIPP and set up Direct Debits when required. Managing SIPP cli...
