B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable HVAC Install Lead for their Reading, PA location. In this role, you will oversee the installation of equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshooting and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.

Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced Installers

This position would be ideal for a positive, hands-on go-getter who is open to learning and wants to advance in their trade within a growing organization.

B&L Ott partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large company.

Responsibilities:

Lead the installations of gas furnaces and boilers distribution systems Supervise and guide installation team members, providing training and support as needed Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns. Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with code requirements and company standards. Perform installation of heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and refrigerant piping Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.

Job Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required 3-5+ years of experience OSHA 10-hour Certificate Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Basic math skills

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $28-$38. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
