Job Description Summary

The Signatory Business Partner is accountable for ensuring promotional and non-promotional materials and activities are fair, balanced and factually accurate and adhere to the ABPI code of practice and Novartis policies. Acts as a final medical signatory for Novartis UK and is the Single Point of contact for Code advise for Therapeutic aligned functions. Partners with the commercial and medical teams and contributes to the co-creation of new projects, strategy, and tactical plans providing code & compliance expertise through the life cycle of the projects. Possesses an enterprise mindset and supports the business in upholding high-quality standards, while also implementing agreed standardization approaches.
