This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused Showroom Sales Assistant to join a fast-growing bathroom showroom business. If youre passionate about sales, design, and creating an exceptional customer experience, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

As the Showroom Sales Assistant, you will manage the showroom floor, guide customers through their buying journey, and convert qualified leads into confirmed sales. Youll play a key role in shaping customer experience, presenting tailored design solutions, and driving revenue for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom

Understand customer needs, budgets and style preferences

Present products, design concepts and layout solutions

Prepare, present and explain quotations clearly

Follow up on all leads to maximise conversions

Maintain exceptional showroom standards and displays

Process sales orders and liaise with suppliers

Work closely with the field salesperson who generates/qualifies leads

Salary & Commission

Basic Salary:£30,000£35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Commission Structure:

1% on monthly sales up to £50k

2% on monthly sales over £50k

3% once monthly sales exceed £100k

Earnings Potential:

£50k sales ? approx. £500 commission

£100k sales ? approx. £2,000£3,000 commission

Best performers could earn £70,000+

Working Hours

Monday Friday: 9:00am 5:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am 1:00pm

What Were Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

Previous bathroom sales experience

Confident communicator with strong customer-service skills

Ability to understand customer requirements and build rapport

Organised, proactive and sales-driven

Competent in preparing quotes and following up leads

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in bathrooms, kitchens, interiors or home improvement

Basic design knowledge (training provided if required)
