What Youll Do ? Be the Face of the Showroom Welcome visitors with warmth, confidence, and professionalism

Deliver inspiring showroom tours that bring products and stories to life

Maintain a polished, visually stunning environment that reflects the brand at its best

? Create Impactful Events & Experiences Plan and host engaging events, open days, and workshops

Ensure every event is memorable, seamless, and on brand

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to boost outreach and engagement

? Keep the Showroom Running Smoothly Oversee daily operations with meticulous attention to detail

Act as key holder, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures

Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, maintenance, catering, security, etc.)

Uphold the highest health & safety standards

? Champion Customer Insights Record visitor data and feedback to help shape strategy

Share insights with marketing and sales teams to drive performance

Track footfall, enquiries, and outcomes to keep the showroom thriving

What You Bring A warm, confident, customer-focused personality

Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Experience in events, front-of-house roles, or facilities coordination

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable handling basic data

A reliable, trustworthy attitude befitting a key holder

An eye for design or interiors (a bonus, not essential!)
