Salary: £35,000 – £37,000
Shifts: Alternating weekly – 5:45am–1:45pm & 2:15pm–10:15pm (Monday–Friday)

Are you an experienced Shotblaster looking to join a company that produces high‑quality, industry‑leading engineering products? We are a specialist manufacturer of municipal and contractor cleaning vehicles, known for advanced design facilities, modern manufacturing techniques, and a strong commitment to excellence.

We are now seeking a skilled Shotblaster to join our busy Paint Shop team and play a key role in maintaining our high standards.

What You'll Be Doing

In the role of Shotblaster, you will:

Ensure the safe, timely, and efficient output of the Paint Shop.
Shotblast and refinish major assemblies, sub‑assemblies, and various components.
Maximise spray booth utilisation by reducing spray times where possible.
Mark out and mask bodies, cabs, and panels to the required specifications.Shifts & Working Hours

This Shotblaster role operates on a rotating weekly shift pattern:

Week 1: 5:45am – 1:45pm (Monday to Friday)
Week 2: 2:15pm – 10:15pm (Monday to Friday)What We’re Looking For
