We're looking for a part-time Centre Manager with a strong background in shopping centre management to lead the day-to-day running of the centre and ensure high standards across every aspect of site performance.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay connected to the industry they’ve helped shape, offering both purpose and flexibility.

About the Role

Working reduced hours (to be agreed based on availability), you’ll remain at the centre of operational activity, overseeing health & safety, compliance, budget management, and tenant relations. You’ll work closely with Savills and the landlord team to keep the centre running smoothly, while mentoring on-site teams and contributing to longer-term improvements.

We’re Looking to Speak to Individuals Who:

  • Have previous experience managing a shopping centre or similar
  • Are recently retired, semi-retired, or looking to reduce hours while staying active in the industry
  • Have hands-on knowledge of service charge budgeting and day-to-day operational delivery
  • Are confident in compliance, health & safety, and people management
  • Enjoy building relationships with tenants, contractors, and the local community
  • Value autonomy, collaboration, and a role where their knowledge is truly appreciated

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading all aspects of centre operations across hard and soft services
  • Upholding high standards in customer experience, safety, and cleanliness
  • Managing the service charge budget, monitoring costs, and ensuring value at every level
  • Building collaborative relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation and Savills procedures
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing activity and onsite events, while identifying and driving commercialisation opportunities across the centre
  • Representing the centre with confidence, integrity, and professionalism

This is a role where your experience will make a real difference. Flexible, meaningful, and supported by one of the UK's leading property firms, it's a chance to continue leading with pride, on your terms.
