Lead the Operational Heartbeat of One of Coventry’s Key Retail Destinations

Cannon Park Shopping Centre is a well-established, high-footfall retail hub at the heart of the local community. With a diverse tenant mix and a strong local presence, we’re looking for a confident leader to manage day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement across every facet of the centre.


About the Role:

As Centre Manager, you’ll oversee all operational activity, working closely with Savills and landlord teams to ensure a safe, compliant, and commercially successful environment. You’ll lead on service standards, budget control, tenant engagement, and team performance, all while helping shape a destination that delivers for shoppers and retailers alike.


We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has experience managing a shopping centre or similar retail asset at management level
  • Is confident overseeing large service charge budgets and delivering strong financial oversight
  • Brings strong leadership skills across multi-disciplinary teams and contractors
  • Is knowledgeable in health & safety, compliance, and risk management
  • Understands the importance of customer experience, community links, and tenant relationships

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading all aspects of centre operations across hard and soft services
  • Upholding high standards in customer experience, safety, and cleanliness
  • Managing the service charge budget, monitoring costs, and ensuring value at every level
  • Building collaborative relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation and Savills procedures
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing activity and onsite events, while identifying and driving commercialisation opportunities across the centre
  • Representing the centre with confidence, integrity, and professionalism
