Lead, manage, coach and develop a shop team of employees and volunteers. Maximise shop performance through safe day‑to‑day operational management. Take ownership of shop income, expenditure and operating profit budgets. Support the work of Cats Protection, acting as brand ambassador and model of values and behaviours.

About the Retail Team The retail operation consists of over 80 charity shops. Qualifications

Demonstrable learning and experience from a relevant retail environment. Previous line‑management experience of a team, building a culture to achieve collective goals. Experience/understanding of working to sales targets and budgets. Excellent organisational skills including meeting deadlines. Strong commercial awareness balanced with appreciation for the Charity’s unique needs.
