What will a day in the life of a Shop Assistant involve? Assisting the shop manager to run a lucrative, customer-focussed shop that is the 'window of the British Red Cross' on the high street. Helping to create a brilliant shopping environment and provide an excellent customer experience in store. Confident working on the shop floor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, operate the till, and create striking displays.
