An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading building services provider on a high-profile commercial site in London's West End. This is a day-shift role working a 4 on / 4 off pattern, offering excellent work-life balance and long-term career progression.

You will be mechanically or electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent), with strong building services maintenance experience and previous supervisory or lead engineer experience in a commercial environment.

Key Duties: Supervise day-shift engineering team
Carry out and oversee PPMs and reactive maintenance
Maintaining mechanical and electrical plant
Perform plant isolation and ensure safe systems of work
Ensure repairs and remedial works meet compliance standards
Manage subcontractors and specialist service visits
Complete logbooks, RAMS, and site documentation
Liaise with client representatives and attend site meetings
Keep the Account Manager updated on site performance
Raise and close jobs using PDA/CMMS systems
Requirements: City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering
Proven Building Services Maintenance experience
Previous supervisory or lead engineer experience
Ability to lead and motivate a site-based engineering team
Strong communication and organisational skills

Salary & Benefits: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
4 on / 4 off – Day Shift only
