We’re looking for a strong, experienced Shift Supervisor to lead the floor during our busiest shifts at People’s Park Tavern.

This role is all about evenings and high-volume service — think packed bars, big energy, live music, events and fast-paced shifts where leadership really matters.

The Role

You’ll be running shifts, supporting the team and making sure everything flows — from the bar to the floor — during our peak trading hours.

This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy pub/bar environment and knows how to keep standards high while the pressure’s on.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and run evening shifts in a high-volume environment
• Support and motivate the team on the floor and behind the bar
• Ensure fast, friendly and consistent service
• Handle customer queries and keep the vibe positive
• Support stock control, cash handling and shift organisation
• Work closely with management to deliver smooth, successful services

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Supervisor or strong senior bartender in a busy pub/bar
• Confident leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure shifts
• Great communication and people skills
• Calm, organised and solutions-focused
• Strong understanding of bar operations and service standards
• Available and ready to commit to evenings and weekends
