A new opportunity for an Engineering Shift Supervisor to join our client's team in the West of London. This position is working on a continental shift (Day’s & Night’s) and you will be leading a shift team which will consist of 4 engineers.

Engineering Supervisor Duties:

Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks.
Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and BMS operation.
Ensuring all corrective/repair works meet safety regulations and compliance standards.
Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
Completing reports, logbooks, RAMS, and permits to work.
Liaising with tenants and client representatives regarding maintenance issues.
Supporting the wider building services team as required. Key Requirements:

City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in building services maintenance.
Experience supervising and leading a small engineering team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise maintenance tasks.

£60,000 per annum
Continental Day’s & Night’s (7-7)
