They are now looking for a Production Shift Manager to take full responsibility for shift operations and lead from the front in a fast-paced production environment. The Opportunity You’ll be accountable for everything happening on shift output, quality, people, and performance. This is a role for someone who is comfortable being on the shop floor, making decisions in real time, and keeping operations moving.
