This is a key leadership role within the business, offering autonomy and responsibility as the senior person on site during your shift. The Role Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the full site operation on nights. With 1 direct report, you will act as the go-to leader on site, ensuring the smooth running of all departments while maintaining the highest standards across safety, service, and quality.
