Production Shift Manager Knaresborough, North Yorkshire Up to £45,000 + Benefits Monday Friday (Days) + 1 in 6 weekends A highly regarded and well-established food manufacturing business based in Knaresborough is looking to appoint a Production Shift Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment and is looking to make a real impact within a forward-thinking organisation. The Role Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of your shift, leading a team through 4 direct reports. You will ensure operational excellence across key areas including safety, service, food standards, people development, and continuous improvement.
