What You'll Actually Be Doing
Maximising plant availability Owning PPMs, breakdowns, mechanical repairs Diagnosing running and process faults Engineering long-term fixes, not temporary patches Improving conveyors, motors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment, and industrial mechanical systems Working with external contractors when needed Driving compliance, safety and H&S best practiceIn short: You'll fix it. Then improve it. Then make sure it never fails the same way again.
