In this role you will be responsible for keeping production lines operational, with the overall maintenance of automation and metal manufacturing machinery. This will involve both mechanical and electrical maintenance on motors, gearboxes, sensors and control panels on a 3-shift rotation.
This company has been operational since the 1950s, specialising in the niche production of specialist materials, supplying heavily into the aerospace, automotive and chemical industries and are vital for their continued operation.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer with mechanical and electrical experience from an ex-forces background or similar looking for a 3-shift role, with full internal training on PLCs and scope to progress to senior engineering roles.
