A leading facilities management service provider is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to join a prestigious, high-spec commercial office building in the heart of the City of London.
This modern, multi-tenant development offers state-of-the-art infrastructure and is ideally located near major financial institutions and excellent transport links.This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a technically strong engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, critical environment. You will be fully involved in day-to-day engineering tasks while leading a team to ensure the smooth operation of all building services.
Working Hours 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (Days Only - 2s & 3s) Key Responsibilities Oversee and ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed efficiently via the maintenance system Lead and support the on-site engineering team Carry out hands-on maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems Diagnose and resolve plant faults quickly to minimise downtime Conduct regular quality checks on work, documentation, and housekeeping standards Ensure availability of critical spare parts Maintain accurate records, reports, and job sheets Requirements
