Job Title: Shift Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) Location: Hertfordshire Salary: £45,000 per annum Working Hours: 4 On, 4 Off Days (06:0018:00 & 10:0022:00 Rotating Shifts) An exciting opportunity has arisen for Shift Engineers (Electrical or Mechanical) to join a large, state-of-the-art production and studio facility in Hertfordshire. This role offers the chance to work within a large on-site engineering team , maintaining a modern and technically diverse environment. You will be part of a well-structured shift team, supporting the day-to-day operation of critical building services systems. The Role: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across electrical and mechanical systems. Supporting building services including power, lighting, HVAC, and associated plant. Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs in a fast-paced environment. Ensuring all systems are operating safely, efficiently and in line with compliance standards. Working collaboratively within a large engineering team on site. Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (days only) Rotating shifts: 06:0018:00 and 10:0022:00 Package: £45,000 basic salary Call-out payment when on shift (£25 per shift) 20 shift days annual leave
