What were looking for
Completed electrical apprenticeship or equivalent
NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Electrical Engineering
17th or 18th Edition (18th preferred)
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Confident with Fault-finding, 3-phase systems, motors, panels and industrial installations
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation
A strong safety mindset isolations, permits, risk awareness
Someone who can work independently on shift and communicate clearly at handover
