We are seeking a proactive and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering team at Hindlow .

This role is critical in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems across site.

The Electrical Engineer will work a 12 -hour shift pattern (66) as follows: 4 days on 5 days off 4 nights on 3 days off This rotation then repeats on a continuous rolling basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.) Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on plant equipment.

Support production by minimising downtime and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Participate in planned maintenance and improvement projects.

Core Qualifications Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

Experience in industrial electrical systems and fault diagnosis.

Ability to work effectively as part of a shift team.

Soft Skills & Attributes Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Attention to detail and safety awareness.

Time management and prioritisation under pressure.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: Regular standing, walking, lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces. xbpsjku
