The Role Overview As the Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance across the building.
Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights), you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of all electrical and associated building systems.
What youll do: Carry out PPMs on electrical and building services systems Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance issues Perform fault finding and diagnostics on electrical systems Ensure full compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site What youll bring to the role: Recognised electrical qualifications Experience in commercial building maintenance Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively within a shift team environment xehkeey Good understanding of compliance and safe systems of work Whats on offer: £45,000 basic salary 4 on 4 off shift pattern (balanced rota) Overtime opportunities available Immediate access to additional training courses Clear career progression within a leading FM provider Exposure to a high-spec, modern facility This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer seeking long-term stability, structured development, and the chance to work within a premium commercial environment.
