SHEQ Manager Location: Belfast Job Type: Permanent - Full-time Salary: £45-50K Reed are working exclusively with a growing Engineering/Construction focused business, as they look to appoint their next SHEQ Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the senior leadership team you will champion. If you are an experienced Health & Safety professional, even better if your experience comes from a construction background, then this could be the role for you Day-to-day of the role: Deliver on accreditation processes under the requirements of SSIP, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standard compliance. Ensure the company's Integrated Management System remains compliant with ISO standards. Update the system to ensure compliance with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental legislation. Maintain company memberships, licences, and facilitate supply chain approval processes. Manage the SHEQ team, including task distribution and documentation. Provide Safe Systems of Work, undertake Risk Assessments, and procure site-specific RAMS. Conduct personal and individual competency-based risk assessments. Undertake COSHH Assessments and monitor environmental impacts. Report on Monitoring & Measuring data and manage non-conformance reporting systems.
