To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator to come and join our team at our Aldridge in Walsall This is a varied role with no two days the same. From supporting on writing risk assessments; contractor management; participating in audits and inductions to incident investigation - managing SHE KPI's such as safety concern and actions close out. The role requires a good level of engagement with employees at all levels including feeding valuable information into daily and weekly management meetings and spending time on the production lines to understand the process; although some of the role will require admin a good portion of the day will be spent hands on.
