Your new role As SHEQ Lead, you will report directly to the Production Manager and take ownership of the SHEQ strategy on-site. This is a hands-on role, embedded within the production environment, where you will drive improvements in safety culture, systems, and behaviours. You will also support SHEQ activities across sister brands, requiring occasional travel within GB. You will be championing Health & Safety across the site and challenging unsafe behaviours. Leading internal audits and managing incident investigations. Developing and implementing SHEQ policies and procedures. Maintaining training matrices and delivering inductions and basic safety training.Driving SHEQ improvement projects and embedding quality control processes. Supporting ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 compliance and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
