Our client, a leading organisation within the construction and mechanical & electrical (M&E) sector, is experiencing significant growth and has created a brand-new position for a SHEQ Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business and take ownership of a newly established SHEQ function, adding real value across multiple projects nationwide.
The Role
As SHEQ Business Partner, you will lead health, safety, environment, and quality initiatives across a diverse portfolio of projects. Working closely with senior stakeholders and project teams, you will embed best practices, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all SHEQ disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement SHEQ strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide expert guidance and support across construction and M&E projects nationwide. Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and company policies. Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
