SHEQ Advisor - Civils & Utilities Location: London / South East Salary: Competitive + package Type: Full-time, permanent
Overview We're working with a civils and utilities contractor delivering works across London and the South East. They're looking for a SHEQ Advisor to support operational teams and ensure compliance across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Provide SHEQ support across civils and utilities projects (streetworks, reinstatement, infrastructure) Carry out site inspections, audits and incident investigations Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, company procedures and client standards Support site teams with RAMS, permits and safe systems of work Deliver toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture Liaise with clients and stakeholders on SHEQ matters Monitor performance and produce reports on KPIs and trendsRequirements
Experience in SHEQ / HSEQ role within civils, utilities or infrastructure Good knowledge of streetworks, utilities or highways environments NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) Strong communication skills and ability to influence site teams Full UK driving licenceDesirable
NRSWA / Streetworks knowledge Experience working on frameworks or for Tier 1 contractors ISO standards awareness (9001, 14001, 45001)What's on Offer
