We're on the lookout for skilled Sheet Metal Workers to join a major long-term defence project - a multi-year opportunity where your craftsmanship will directly support the build of cutting-edge naval platforms. This is more than just a job - it's hands-on, high-impact work in a fast-paced shipbuilding environment. You'll be part of a collaborative and experienced team, shaping complex metal structures with precision and pride.

Location: Glasgow (Potential relocation package) Salary: £38'622 + up to 33% shift allowance + Overtime rates

Shift patterns available: Mon-Thurs days or nights, 3 day compressed weekend Fri-Sun.

Responsibilities Manufacturing and installing marine-grade ventilation, HVAC systems, and interior furnishings.

Install a variety of ventilation systems, including rectangular and spiral ducting Fabricate and assemble bespoke metal furniture such as triple bunks, wardrobes, and metal desks Read and interpret technical drawings to complete detailed metalwork installations Work with a range of tools and materials to shape, cut, and fit metal components Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and finish in all tasksWhat you'll bring:
