Hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday

First Achieve Engineering are proud to be working in partnership with our client, a forward-thinking manufacturer known for their precision, innovation, and bespoke metalwork. We're seeking a skilled Fabricator / Metalworker to join their dynamic production team - someone who takes pride in producing high-quality, custom-built metal products and enjoys bringing ideas to life.

What You'll Do

Working collaboratively within a skilled workshop team, you'll take on a variety of projects - from small precision components to large bespoke builds - using a full suite of fabrication equipment to achieve outstanding results.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating CNC brake presses, radial drills, bandsaws, forming rollers, and benders

Using a range of welding equipment to deliver exceptional quality finishes

Producing precision components and assemblies to exacting standards

Supporting research and development by assisting the engineering team in refining new and innovative products

Maintaining a safe, well-organised, and quality-driven workshop environment

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in metal fabrication, welding, or precision engineering

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support R&D projects
