SHE Advisor

The Role:
You will be responsible for driving Safety, Health & Environmental standards across multiple construction sites, ensuring compliance, best practice, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out site inspections, audits, and performance reviews
Ensure RAMS, COSHH registers, and SHE documentation are in place and compliant
Promote a positive SHE culture across site teams and the supply chain
Deliver toolbox talks, training, and site-based guidance
Work closely with site management to resolve non-conformances
Liaise with external bodies including the HSE
Support pre-construction and tender stages where required
Requirements:
Proven experience in a SHE Advisor role within construction
NEBOSH Construction (essential)
Strong understanding of construction processes and high-risk activities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
