Our client is seeking aproactive SHEAdvisor to support the implementation, management and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Environmental systems across our projects and offices, adding real value to the business and supporting safe, compliant and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Support identification and implementation of company SHE requirements.

Proactively and reactively monitor projects and offices through audits, inspections and performance reviews.

Provide hands-on HSE support and guidance to site teams.

Prepare reports for the management team on SHE performance and trends.

Liaise with external bodies and represent the business on H&S and environmental matters.

Support behavioural safety and environmental improvement programmes.

Conduct internal audits, inspections and investigations of accidents, incidents and near misses.

???????Deliver training, develop materials and support workforce development initiatives.

Support PQQ submissions with SHE and environmental technical input.

Produce, review and maintain RAMS templates.

Identify potential risks and escalate to the SHEQ Manager as required...
