Job Description

Strong understanding of risk frameworks and compliance processes. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Scripting, configuration, and integration Architect and configure IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management and Issue Management Map business processes to ServiceNow out-of-box capabilities and validate requirements. Customize form layouts, dashboards, reports, workflows, and notifications. Configure access controls using OOB roles and ensure alignment with compliance standards. Utilize ServiceNow Next UI design, including list/form/navigation updates, workflows, instance management, and table/field creation. Design, lead or support Control Risk Assessments (CRAs), including assessment, analysis, and remediation oversight Assist clients in designing and conducting compliance monitoring programs to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements Design and execute compliance testing and control effectiveness reviews, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions
