We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support risk management, compliance tracking, and audit processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business requirements and aligns with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC applications, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations to enhance GRC functionality.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and optimize ServiceNow performance, ensuring scalability and security.
• Implement automated compliance reporting and dashboards for risk visibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and apply relevant upgrades or patches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on GRC modules.
• Strong understanding of IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, GRC Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
